The quotas were $1M regardless of whether you were brand-new or had a book of business. Perception is reality and company was perceived as ancient and out of touch, which made it very difficult to land new logos when competing with Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, etc. Lots of lifers coupled with churn-and-burn reps on most teams. A fine place to scratch a living out but extremely difficult to excel.
