Toast has been an overall positive experience. As the market changes, it’s a bit concerning that the price of the product is becoming a larger obstacle and does not fit the needs of smaller businesses as much as it did in years past. Goals have also become higher and higher while inbound leads have continued to shrink (per rep) due to smaller territories as well as other competitors coming into the market who are undercutting our prices.

Great company and product - but changes in territories and competitive scene made it harder and harder to sell. Toast's enablement was absolutely fire compared to other orgs. Great company culture. Been pretty great so far. The market is getting tighter as competition is closing the gap, from a tech perspective and our quotas are becoming increasingly more difficult to hit.
