Toast has been an overall positive experience. As the market changes, it’s a bit concerning that the price of the product is becoming a larger obstacle and does not fit the needs of smaller businesses as much as it did in years past. Goals have also become higher and higher while inbound leads have continued to shrink (per rep) due to smaller territories as well as other competitors coming into the market who are undercutting our prices.

amazing place to work with excellent training and realistic goals with tons of opportunity for growth. Competition is undercutting our pricing but by selling on value and ROI you can have a ton of success here

Toast is a good company. Though their SMB Sales team is a sweat-shop. You will be praised for performing and fired as quickly as a shrug if you don’t. Very little professional development. Used car salesmen will do very well here. If you do well, things are fine if you luck out with one of the nice managers.
