Product fit, training (Sandler), management, and total comp plan is great. Base salary is low and has not been improved in the 2 years I’ve been here. Territories are getting smaller and quota has not been adjusted proportionately.

Toast is a great fit for the industry, and they offer a solid starting bootcamp. In my opinion the reason most people hit their goals is that if you fail to meet your goal in any given month, you’ll be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan. Great company and product - but changes in territories and competitive scene made it harder and harder to sell. Toast's enablement was absolutely fire compared to other orgs. Great company culture.
