Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It was better when I started. Now we’re public, quotas have increased and territories have shrunk. This role is very territory specific as some reps with great territories have tons of inbounds, while on the contrary, if you have a weak small less affluent territory, consistently hitting quota is simply impossible.
Also this role is very seasonal, as many restaurants have busier periods then others, and while it makes sense restaurants would want to switch when slow, many are undercapitalized during off season and can’t make the investment.
