Challenges depends on territories and leadership. The product is great, the support and onboarding lack. The price is high and lot of cheaper competition.

One of the best corporate sales orgs you can find. Product is fantastic, sales enablement is the best i've seen, and management is full of talented and genuine people across the growth org. Quotas are aggressive, however, and you will need to work very hard to reach them but if you can, comp plans are among the best anywhere.
