Lots of AE's in EMEA have been leaving the organisation due to management and commission structure. Tipalti almost goes out of their way not to pay commission, very frustrating

Current Employee2.9Oct 11, 2024Alright not great. Cutthroat organization, was at the company for 1 year and by the end was the most tenured rep on my team. The product is not great. 50% of closed deals do not implement and commission is based on implementation. Post sales is a nightmare for the rep. Not the strongest fit and quota is unattainable, unless you hit on one massive deal
