Poor execution from management (direct to upper) on strategic executions on how to support, train, and equip reps to do well. Wrong enablement efforts and unrealistic KPIS have led to high turnover. Your success as an SDR/ AE is very dependent on your territory here.
On a career development standpoint, there is not enough resources to support SDRs wanting to become AEs. A lot of sdrs looking to move up don't have the business acumen to succeed in a closing role. If company is looking to promote within, per goals of leadership, they need to invest in the growth of their talent effectively.
