With a good territory you can hit your quota but there are lots of clawbacks if the deal doesn't fully actualize even though the deal value is strictly based on a model created by the business.

Decent place to start a sales career. Leadership is awful, 0 transparency and accountability. They claim to have your best interest in mind, but when you disagree or go against something, they will find a way to get you out instead of working with you to find a solution. Most reps are starving, few are gifted millions. Lead flow is awful in 95% of territories. 90% of closed-won fall during implementation. Complex compensation, top performers are making a killing. But again, 90% of reps are starving.
