They claim to have your best interest in mind, but when you disagree or go against something, they will find a way to get you out instead of working with you to find a solution. Micromanagement central, no autonomy, they count how many hours you're in the office. You only get commission if your deal passes compliance, and sometimes that takes ages or doesn't happen at all. Some sales managers have never even sold the product or been an AE, so they have no idea how to manage reps and help them with deal cycles. Browse Other Reviews
