Product is good but hard to sell cause it’s expensive. Lots of inexperienced new managers and directors who don’t know what they’re doing. Company is just not lettin people get prometed and the the been firing people every month even tho no doy is hitting quota. If the base is enough for you go for it, otherwise don’t count on any comisiona cause the structure sucks

Steer clear…. No actionable GTM strategy, just smile dial and hope for the best Management assess productivity based on the number of cold calls made and meetings executed C level is out of touch on their differentiation in the market
