Product is good but hard to sell cause it’s expensive. Lots of inexperienced new managers and directors who don’t know what they’re doing. Company is just not lettin people get prometed and the the been firing people every month even tho no doy is hitting quota. If the base is enough for you go for it, otherwise don’t count on any comisiona cause the structure sucks

My overall experience with the company is great. Don’t get me wrong sales will always be a grind but with the right attitude and mentorship it is possible to hit quota.

Everything was great until the CRO was replaced with an inferior replacement who made things terrible and I had to leave.
