The company does not have a solid understanding of the market. Territories are extremely segmented and expectations are not realistic. Individuals in leadership positions were prone to nepotism, and as such were extremely unqualified to be in leadership. Product is good but hard to sell cause it’s expensive. Lots of inexperienced new managers and directors who don’t know what they’re doing. Company is just not lettin people get prometed and the the been firing people every month even tho no doy is hitting quota. If the base is enough for you go for it, otherwise don’t count on any comisiona cause the structure sucks
