Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The company does not have a solid understanding of the market. Territories are extremely segmented and expectations are not realistic. Individuals in leadership positions were prone to nepotism, and as such were extremely unqualified to be in leadership.
Very few deals getting done because the product fit was so poor, however this was never acknowledged around quotas, and the only “help” managers would offer is to check KPI’s as opposed to having sales expertise to lean on or offer. Browse Other Reviews
