The leaders would often pass bigger opportunities to reps and change rules for whom they want to succeed and let others fail. Leaders are usually busy in the politics than actually working to help you succeed.

Former Employee4.4Nov 30, 2023My overall experience was positive as a whole, my manager was awesome and the team was very diverse. I didn't sell anything for a month and didn't get fired. Instead he coached me up until I was able to get more leads and eventually close these leads.
