Not worth my time hard work. The leadership always put their fav people on the front and never let anyone else speak or share their experience. The leaders would often pass bigger opportunities to reps and change rules for whom they want to succeed and let others fail. Leaders are usually busy in the politics than actually working to help you succeed.

My overall experience was positive as a whole, my manager was awesome and the team was very diverse. I didn't sell anything for a month and didn't get fired. Instead he coached me up until I was able to get more leads and eventually close these leads.
