Senior leaderships direction has changed over the past year. They seem to care more about driving kpi’s and micro managing the day to day rather than enabling reps to perform better. Base pay is fairly low compared to industry standard. Potential to make a lot in commission though and the benefits package is best in class.

My overall experience was good and money is good in the role. Great product fit and brand goodwill. Management felt a bit directionless with changing comp structures multiple times in a year and it became too transactional and call centre environment. As a result micromanaging was inevitable leading to less personal and professional development from sales standpoint.
