Current Employee3.1Oct 12, 2023I am still working for T-Mobile, overall I will say there is limited sales training. The training period last for only 3 weeks and after the training period ends some employees do offer coaching.

Former Employee4.3May 17, 2024Overall experience was good but remember this is a retail role inside of a store. Scheduling was not consistent but they do try to work with your schedule. Con of having to work part of weekends. The pay was ok for the position but it definitely depended heavily on inbound walk in.
