Current Employee T-Mobile as a company is a good company. The mid market organization was launched just a year and an ago.
In the mid-market segment, toxic leadership, blatant favoritism, and a complete lack of operational discipline have created an environment where top performers are set up to fail. Internal politics matter more than results. If you ask questions or raise concerns about unethical behavior, retaliation is swift and calculated.
Most reps don’t hit quota — not even close. Some go years without making full commission, while watching deals be rerouted or cherry-picked by protected reps. Multiple employees have been pushed out or fired after raising valid compliance concerns, and HR consistently sides with leadership to cover it up. The “un-carrier” culture stops at retail; in B2B mid-market, it’s a slow-motion career trap dressed up as opportunity.
If you’re early in your sales career and looking to grow, avoid the mid-market org entirely. You’ll waste years trying to navigate a system where performance is secondary to politics and survival depends on silence. Browse Other Reviews
