Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Sprout truly does practice what they preach with their culture - its great and mostly everyone here is absolutely fantastic to work with and takes their job seriously, but likes to have fun/can be themselves. We do have monthly quotas and its extremely hard to be consistent there - once you crush a month you come into the next with little to no pipeline, and your previous success is soon forgotten and the pressure is back on. The product is also top notch - and customers really love it and it competes very well within the industry. Its more pricey than other competitors but weve gotten much more fleixble with pricing this year to starve off those bottom feeders. The leadership team is great as well and has a clearly defined pathway forward for the company. Inbound leads arent too common these days - the maco economic conditions have made it tough with a lot of companies cutting marketing budget, social is likely one of those first line items (along with them people that run it).
