Overall, Sprout is a great place to work! The culture is really great, and there's a big effort to celebrate successes and support one another. The product is great, and we are a leader in the space. Compensation could be a bit higher compared to similar companies, but high performance is nicely rewarded.

Decent place to work but not amazing , lots of cost cutting
