Sprout's DEI & product are both great. Inbound flow is solid too. The pay structure itself is the largest thing to be desired here.

Inbound lead flow is slower than years past (Enterprise Team hired too many AE's). Great leadership.

Sprout has an awesome company culture if that matters to you. The pay for SMB-MM AEs isn't competitive though. Marketing team does good work so leads do come in but there's been a larger push towards AEs outbounding in 2023.
