Sprout's leadership has historically been stellar and it still is at the executive level but there are some mid-level leaders who are being reactive and using high-pressure and micro-management tactics that a lot of reps left behind when they joined Sprout.

Sprout has the best leadership teams I've ever been around from 1st line to CEO - they're people that have your back and will push you to succeed. Commission plan is generous in the sense that it always seemed to be more than I had calculated in my head.
