Current Employee3.6Feb 23, 2024Sprout is a great product and overall a solid company. The product market fit is great, but it can be tough to sell social in a down market. Leadership also has incredibly high goals, which is driving quotas through the roof and effecting compensation heavily going into 2024. You can do really well here if you're a decent rep depending on which segment you end up in.
