Current Employee2.9Apr 24, 2025Culture has declined since bringing on a new CRO and primarily hiring from Salesforce. Less reps hitting quota, doesnt feel like leadership is doing a lot to change that. They did increase comp this year and try to make up for lack of attainment with spiffs.
