Very transactional sales roles. Even in the "Enterprise" org there is an expectation of lots of velocity and transactional deals. The level of strategy and complexity in the Ent org is similar to Mid-Market or even SMB at some companies.

Overall Sprout is a strong company to work for with a lot of great things to be said about the product and overall culture. Sprout is a phenomenal company to work for - I would say its best suited to an enterprise seller as our product is more aligned to larger organizations.

Leadership is great, Sales/Rev Ops has limited the capacity for success due to territory break outs. The opportunity to come close to meeting quota is nearly impossible even for extremely talented reps and seasoned reps.
