Very transactional sales roles. Even in the "Enterprise" org there is an expectation of lots of velocity and transactional deals. The level of strategy and complexity in the Ent org is similar to Mid-Market or even SMB at some companies.

Sprout's DEI & product are both great. Inbound flow is solid too. The pay structure itself is the largest thing to be desired here.

My overall experience with Sprout is that it is a great company with great people. It does have it's issues and things are becoming a lot tougher (increased targets, higher pricing than competitors) but overall it is a great company to work for.

Below-market compensation worked fine when quota attainment was high across the team. After some recent changes, attainment is down, so the below-market comp is felt more.
