My overall experience with Sprout is that it is a great company with great people. It does have it's issues and things are becoming a lot tougher (increased targets, higher pricing than competitors) but overall it is a great company to work for.

Sprout Social brings a lot to the table from a sales perspective, but prepare to be severely under compensated for the work that you are doing. Base pay is about $15k under market, with OTE being about $30k under market rates.
