Sprout Social brings a lot to the table from a sales perspective, but prepare to be severely under compensated for the work that you are doing. Base pay is about $15k under market, with OTE being about $30k under market rates. The company continues to grow at a rapid rate, but some of our highest performers were recently let go of because of faster performance management. Would love to stay here long term for my career, but the compensation just isn’t where you’d expect it to be in 2023.

The territories are very unevenly distributed with heavy favoritism given to reps who have relationships with senior executives. As a new rep you will likely struggle to close business due to a lack of lead flow and management won't hesitate to put you on a plan within your first year; even if all your other metrics are outstanding.
