As a new rep you will likely struggle to close business due to a lack of lead flow and management won't hesitate to put you on a plan within your first year; even if all your other metrics are outstanding. The social space is very competitive and Sprout struggles to win deals because they are priced at the top end. There are solutions that can do 90% of what Sprout can do for 20% of the price.
