The PMF is there but its a crowded space and hard to differentiate from competitors. Not the best leadership group I've been exposed to and the opportunity to advance in the company is limited.

Current Employee3.3Sep 23, 2024I believe in Sprouts ability to evolve and make the necessary changes in its GTM strategy over the long term. That being said, many changes over the past few years have been at the expense of individual contributors -(tale as old as time) over hiring, territories shriveling, increased quotas with low attainment [consistent across all teams / verticals].
