Can also collude with renewals and channel team to steer sales in a certain direction. If you don't want to live in SalesForce constantly, stay away!

However middle / upper leadership are unwilling to make any needed changes or fight for their reps, or even what is right. Regardless if you are a performer or not, you will not be valued.

Former Employee3.4Apr 12, 2024It was great until the new CEO took over and to make his mark, changed everything top down, some great but definitely a lot of bad. Disregarding the majority's sentiments regarding returning to the office, hiring incompetent middle-level managers, pushing out the good employees because the higher management don't know anything about what they do, and more.
