Extremely juvenile sales culture with a very inept management group. Many managers have not sold. They are bean counters reporting their higher ups. Can also collude with renewals and channel team to steer sales in a certain direction. If you don't want to live in SalesForce constantly, stay away!

If you are a seasoned professional avoid. Quota is assigned quarterly so you have no idea what you are walking into to each quarter. Very aggressive short sited sales process, all about massive discounts to get a PO.
