My overall experience at SolarWinds was fantastic. I learned a lot of skills while in the position. I also gained a passion for Customer Success. During my tenure, I was fortunate enough to work with brilliant people as well as learned to work collaboratively amongst teams.

Really depends on the team you land in. Those fortunate will get promoted, RSUs, hit quota. Others have been there for 5-6 years without so much as a pay rise and they are being micromanaged to death.
