Solid, but too many products and poorly aligned segmented sales teams made things harder than they needed to be. Overall you can make solid money and grow if you want to.

Really depends on the team you land in. Those fortunate will get promoted, RSUs, hit quota. Others have been there for 5-6 years without so much as a pay rise and they are being micromanaged to death.

Overall experienced was mixed. Successful tenure was possible through relentless persistence, but dealing with lower EQ leadership who relied on passive aggressive micromanagement created a very unpleasant culture.
