Snowflake's market fit is spot on. It's a leader in its industry. Markets have been saturated and leadership doesn't understand there is a difference in markets in Europe. Turns out Europe isn't a country. Quota continues to increase despite low percentage of team hitting it. Pay is exceptionally above average for local market. Amenities on par with American tech companies which is rare in my market.

" The product market fit is incredible and Snowflake is truly a groundbreaking product BUT the "corporate" or "commercial" business unit is far underpaid an over worked.
