Overall it’s a great company to work for with a great product, although there are cheaper alternatives and with current market conditions customer are realising that They over hired sales reps globally and now reaping the downside to it, making reps hand their notice in rather than sacking to that they can’t go to competition due to non compete clause

Good perks, hard to see promotion. Management will say they are promotion opportunities but in reality, the product is pretty mature and there is limited opportunity to move up. Preference is to hire external.
