Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience has been negative so far. Bait and switch. New directors gatekeep the path to CAE based on arbitrary perceptions of SDRs. The CAE org and SDR org have a very contentious relationship due to the difficult personalities all around. A highly political environment. Our comp is not even aligned with incentives. Because the meetings don't always drive value, we don't even have a solid leaderboard or celebrate the high performers. We celebrate SDRs who can schmooze the correct SDR leaders.
