Snowflake is an amazing company with an incredible product (best in market) in a space that is growing like mad. Biggest draw back, is that leadership expected the 2022 recession to not have any impact, but it did, so loads of people missed target. They have not made mass layoffs though and lightened the blow through spiffs halfway through... but still, targets were too big this year given the macro climate.
