Sales development academy is world class for entry level salespeople. Salary is just average, but the product market fit, and training/development are what makes Snowflake a standoud. Probably top 10 companies in the world right now to build a sales career, this industry will only get hotter

There were positive aspects to the company, they really tried to make us happy with all benefits and salary. However there was no growth possibilities and you were stuck as an SDR forever.
