More QuestionsI have heard Snowflake comp plans pay solely on a consumption model and would like to better understand how this works and if it is advantageous or not for AEs? Meaning you can sell a large deal but you won't get comped on it until the client starts consuming it. Thanks!Is it harder to succeed or hit plan at Snowflake right now vs. when macro conditions were good in early 2022 or late 2021? Is there more pressure from management?
