It was fun while it lasted. My head is spinning with all the GTM changes in the last 18 months. Pair that with Senior leadership changes and a total loss of the old company culture and this place has become disappointing very quickly. Product is still strong, but the looming pricing model change will make for some very challenging months ahead.

New VP for Strat Accounts has been killing the culture. He also committed to the replanted build a great comp plan since the old one wasn’t any good. He actually made it worse. Failed all around. Most reps are now looking elsewhere. There will be a lot of open spots this year.

Smartsheet has a huge amount of potential but misses the mark with leadership at a local and global level. The culture is great, you'll meet some incredible and talented people, but the product is complex and businesses typically view it as a "nice to have" than business critical.
