My overall experience of this role was good because when I was employed there it was very hands off and if you hit your quota they left you alone which was nice. They did some layoffs that were not handled professionally at all and blindsided even the top performers.

Good team, and good overall company. Account assignment is an absolute mess however. BoB's are assigned at random and are littered with fake accounts/ non-existent companies/ duplicates galore.
