Smartsheet has a huge amount of potential but misses the mark with leadership at a local and global level. The culture is great, you'll meet some incredible and talented people, but the product is complex and businesses typically view it as a "nice to have" than business critical. I'd recommend applying if you're interested, but ask the right questions around quota and negotiate the salary you want from the start, internal pay rises minimal, even if you're a top performer.

This is a slightly above average company to work at. They have a great product, their pay structure and management is so so, and their is a lack of diversity for the size of the company

I started as a mid-market rep, was then promoted to Major accounts. I was a consistent top performer (except for the last 12 months) with 1 president's club.
