I like working at Smartsheet because the product is a good fit, but leadership is very inconsistent and seems to be out of touch from a Director level and up. Good role for taking time off. I appreciate the RSUs and ESPP. Really wish there was a better strategy coming from upper leadership, because a lot of what we're doing right now is churn and burn for accounts and territories.

This company has turned into Amazon. More and more work is rewarded with higher quotas, lower payouts, and now they are taking away RSUs. Very political organization with zero appreciation for employees.
