Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience so far has exceeded my expectations. I came in to my sales role believing in my leaders with a mindset to improve my consultative sales skills. The resources from tech to people have been very helpful to overwhelming. In regards to the sales process, it’s an insanely competitive market that requires complete expertise in solution selling. I don’t personally feel like i’m there yet. Having come from other SaaS sales roles this feels much closer to consulting than sales. Conversations with customers involves thorough understanding of a business and ability to make recommendations before the sales process is even in mid-stage. If you embrace that challenge, this is a good place. Pay is strong but average/ slightly below for market leaders. Culture is mostly remote. Browse Other Reviews
