Current Employee2.3Jul 8, 2024Be very wary of the Large Enterprise segment of Smartsheet, both Key and Strategic. The culture is no where near where it used to be and it comes from the 3rd and 2nd line leadership. Reps are looking to leave. I would certainly be cautious coming here.

Current Employee1.3Jan 2, 2024It’s industry agnostic much like excel or google sheets. The avg deal size and cycle time will get you laughed out of any serious sales organization during their interview process. Easy to enter, but impossible to rise….or leave.
