This is a terrible place to work. Going downhill fast post acquisition. It's not equitable. Only 1 in 5 people hit quota. MM & SMB are a dumpster fire. Morale is in the toilet. There's no product innovation, so the company is finding creative ways to gouge customers on a true up model to make them pay for features they can't disable. Leadership is useless and incompetent. There's no career growth or job security. For the sake of your mental well-being I suggest you stay clear.

Smartsheet is a great software and customers genuinely like it. From my perspective I think companywide leadership is so hyper focused on growth and revenue that sometimes the employees themselves and employee contentment gets slightly neglected

A couple years ago the XDR org was better than it is right now. There are almost no roles to move up to, with the sales org giving preference to outside applicants. There is also a lot of red tape to even be considered for promotion.
