This is a terrible place to work. Going downhill fast post acquisition. It's not equitable. Only 1 in 5 people hit quota. MM & SMB are a dumpster fire. Morale is in the toilet. There's no product innovation, so the company is finding creative ways to gouge customers on a true up model to make them pay for features they can't disable. Leadership is useless and incompetent. There's no career growth or job security. For the sake of your mental well-being I suggest you stay clear.

Smartsheet sells a great product but it seems our leadership is trying to keep up with the growth of the organization making new adjustments that don't always make the most sense. This affects the people at the company and personally my level of comfortability.

Great company and the ability for you to speak with CEO about areas of product growth and VP of Marketing to discuss marketing ideas was awesome. They made ideas come to life.
