New management running out of Boston are eager to put new reps on PIP in as little as 3 months in the role. Very cliquey for reps who were with the company before Covid.

My overall experience was mixed. I enjoyed the people I worked with. Management often has their heads in the cloud. They don't want to address customer problems and needs, but expect new sales growth with customers who can't get issue resolution.

Smartsheet has a huge amount of potential but misses the mark with leadership at a local and global level. The culture is great, you'll meet some incredible and talented people, but the product is complex and businesses typically view it as a "nice to have" than business critical.
