The product is great but the leadership is not customer or employee focused. Therefore employees are not encouraged to do the right thing to improve customer satisfaction which causes churn issues.

Mediocre and stable. Like many vendors quota attainment has been poor and spotty throughout. in my team/role no more than 15/20% of people made the number. however because of the transactional nature of the business people will still sell something.
