Smartsheet feels like a sinking ship. Reckless decisions are being made at the top without any warning and top sales leadership is being fired. We’ve lost 6 executives in a year and a half. Micromanaging is becoming the standard practice.

Smartsheet is an industry leader and has a more functional product for enterprise customers than its direct competitors. Growth/promotion opportunities in the sales organization are linear.
