Great place to work- love the company and culture. The business really invests in its people. There are some teething issues with sales teams/over hiring etc. Can be quite a chaotic place to work overall.

My experience as a CSM was positive. The merchants are good to work with and when I was there the benefits and pay were great. Towards the end of my tenure there were a lot of executive leadership changes that have impacted the company for the worse. They’ve slashed benefits and made it harder to move up and increase your pay.

My overall experience was very negative - poor, unprofessional middle management and top reps consistently discouraged with no internal growth. New metrics and ROE changes occur on a weekly basis, leaving reps scrambling and burned out. Lack of internal promotions for SDRs is a huge issue.
