It was okay. Hard to hit targets with heavily recycled leads. Lots of misinformation on leads.

Decent job if you can hit quota. Most reps are let go in about 4 months after ramping due to attainment.

Base is average and ote similar to other companies. Good luck trying to hit quota. You will be given leads that have been called many times over the last 3-5 years. You’re probably 1 call away from being yelled at or told to put them on a do not call list. If they haven’t, they are either a duplicate or probably don’t qualify. Used to REALLY REALLY like it here. I still feel like it is better than most places, but with the changes after the layoffs in Feb, I'm less thrilled with the org.
