Used to REALLY REALLY like it here. I still feel like it is better than most places, but with the changes after the layoffs in Feb, I'm less thrilled with the org.

Sales leadership is only focused on the numbers and making the board happy at the expense of front line managers and ICs. I was there for almost 2 years. A top performer for over a year. Started off great. Good training, leadership was very helpful. Once the sales org didn’t hit quota everything started going downhill. More micromanaging and meaningless tasks to do. If you don’t complete them you will be put on a pip regardless if you hit quota that month.
